At Scabal, we maintain the highest standards of luxury and craftsmanship; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all garments remain in their original condition, unworn and with all brand tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Scabal packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all original documentation.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Final Inspection & Refund

  Once our master tailors inspect the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
